ok, so they played casey jones a gazillion times...NOW, this maybe partly due to the superb quality of this recording but BILLY's snare is so clear in this mix and QUITE CERTAINLY shares CENTER STAGE with garcia throughout this entire, ripping tight version.....

they dont quite come to the huge climax they could with this tune, and they save the HEAVY JAMMING for the 4 star Good Lovin that follows. BUT billy's truly locomotive snare drives this rendition joyously, rockin' down the tracks.... really worth checking out, and the rest of this show and this underrated run at the fillmore west
